On Monday 17th we installed Big Ribachinskaya Trap.
Yesterday it was promised rain and a little bit of snow at night. At 6 o’clock in the morning I found all traps under the snow.

It looked like they were damaged but after two hours when it became possible to clean the nets they all were fine. It was some birds migrating after few days of quietness and we got our first birds in Big Trap this season (actually first was Long-tailed Tit (Aegithalos caudatus) yesterday – very rear guest in this kind of trap).
